Rita is an exceptional Learning & Development Leader and has over two decades of experience in providing comprehensive learning and development consulting across various facets, including assessments, instructional design, delivery, knowledge transfer support, and evaluation.
Rita is adept at collaborating with clients to define and implement organizational learning strategies using innovative solutions grounded in industry research tools and frameworks. Her expertise lies in identifying critical learning gaps and aligning business goals with the necessary soft skills to build trust and inspire innovation. Her professional skills encompass needs assessment, performance enhancement, leadership coaching, ROI measurement, evaluation, and digital transformation change management.
Rita holds an M.Ed. in Leadership and Higher Education from the University of Toronto (OISE) and a B.Ed. in Adult Education from Brock University. She is a Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) and holds a Prosci Change Management Certification. Her professional experience includes roles such as the Canada Learning Lead at Hemsley Fraser, Manager of Digital Transformation at the Department of Employment and Social Development, Digital Learning Lead and Strategist at Hydro One Telecom, and Head of Learning Services for Doctors Without Borders.
